II. General conditions for USE OF THE INTERNET SITE www.mexess.com
• "www.mexess.com" is an e-commerce website - for the sale and delivery of the goods published on it
• The merchant has the right to change the prices of the goods offered on the site without prior notice, at any time
• The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the request and confirmation of the selected product.
• If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person or phone number is submitted in the request by the Customer, the Merchant shall not be considered obligated for any commitment to fulfill the order.
• The merchant is not responsible if the customer has specified incorrect or incomplete data in an order placed at the address "www.mexess.com".
• There may be a discrepancy in the color range of the products shown in the photos and the real ones caused by the contrasts of your monitors, for which the Merchant is not responsible.
• The information published on the site regarding sizes and fits is indicative. The trader allows small discrepancies between the declared and actual sizes and measurements, for which he is not responsible.
• All announced prices are in Bulgarian levs with VAT included.

.III. Rights and obligations of the parties
1. The merchant undertakes:
• Confirm the availability of the ordered items or refuse the order within 7 working days;
• The merchant reserves the right to refuse orders to customers who have previous undelivered orders due to their fault (unclaimed orders from courier office, undelivered orders due to incomplete or inaccurate address, refused orders after inspection and test on delivery)
• The merchant reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with questionable delivery details
• To deliver within the time stated in the delivery information unless any of the reasons for refusal listed above are available.
• The merchant has the right to require advance payment and to refuse payment on delivery of orders if any of the reasons listed above for refusal of previous orders are available.
• The merchant guarantees that the products offered on the site are brand new.

2. The customer undertakes:
• Provide your three names, a valid phone number, delivery address and email address;
• To pay the price of the goods and provide access to receive the goods according to the specified conditions

The goods requested for purchase are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer within the time period provided in the delivery information.
When confirming the order, the customer assures that he has read and agrees with the General terms and conditions of the site, Protection of personal data, as well as that he agrees with the terms of payment and delivery
In the event that the Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address, the Merchant is released from its obligation to deliver and the requested purchase. The customer can confirm his wish to receive and the goods and after the expiration of the delivery period in which it was not found at the address, bearing all the costs of delivery. In this case, it begins to flow accordingly, a new delivery date from the moment of confirmation.

V. Refunds
The refund for a purchased product is made after we accept the shipment, after we make sure of its integrity! Refunds for products paid by cash on delivery are made only by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Amounts for orders paid by credit/debit card are automatically refunded to the account of the card from which payment was made or by bank transfer with a payment order.
Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted!
Mexess only refunds the value of the product paid for.
- All courier costs for delivery, return or exchange are at the expense of the CUSTOMER. All courier shipments that are at Mexess expense will be refused and will be returned to the CUSTOMER.

The trader reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer in case of violation of one or more of the conditions for returning goods.
The merchant reserves the right to withhold all courier fees that are at his expense in case of non-compliance with one or more of the conditions for returning goods.
