• Include your order number and your name in the message
• Note whether you want to return the order or exchange the products and with which ones
• We will review your request and get back to you with instructions on where to return your order

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?

You may return or exchange products from your order up to 30 days after receiving them.

• Products must be in the same condition as received (folded and packaged)
• Products must not be worn, washed or soiled
• Products made by individual design or customer request are NOT returnable or exchangeable
• The receipt you received must also be returned

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE RETURN?

• There are no additional charges for returning products
• The original delivery charge is non-refundable
• The courier fee for the return is at the customer's expense

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS?

• Refunds are made up to 14 days after we have received the returned products and verified their integrity and commercial appearance
• Products are exchanged within 5 working days from the date of receiving and after we have verified their integrity and commercial appearance
