The refund for a purchased product is made after we accept the shipment, after we make sure of its integrity!
Mexess only refunds the value of the product paid for.
- All courier costs for delivery, return or exchange are for expense of the CUSTOMER.
Mexess reserves the right refuse the refund in case of violation of one or more of the conditions for returning goods.
